Why do we require a deposit?

Once you’re ready to move forward with a candidate, you’ll officially hire them and place an an $80 USD fully refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that, if your credit card bounces, we’ll be able to cover any pending charges. When your engagement with the remote worker ends, just ask that your deposit be refunded by emailing hello@eqeepo.com.
