Using the Project Management (Tasks) Feature
Learn how to assign tasks, set deadlines, and track your remote worker’s progress from one place.
Want to keep everything your worker is working on organized in one clean, visual place? That’s exactly what the Tasks section of your Dashboard is for.
This feature helps you assign work, track deadlines, break tasks into subtasks, and leave notes—so you and your remote worker stay on the same page, always.
📌 How It Works
You’ll see a layout of columns with task cards—one for each project or worker (you decide how to group things). You can create as many as you want.
Each of these is made up of three sections:
🗂️ 1. Overview (Main View of Each Card)
Here’s where you set the basics:
Name of the card – Name the project or category however you like.
Created by – Automatically shows your name.
Assignees – Choose which worker(s) are responsible for the task.
Due Date – Pick a deadline (displayed as: June 15, 2025).
Labels – Add helpful tags like:
Priorities: Low, Medium, High
Categories: Social Media, Graphic Design, Research, Admin, and more
✅ 2. Subtasks
Use this to break big projects into smaller, manageable steps.
Add a subtask for each action item.
Edit names anytime if plans shift.
Subtasks help your remote worker stay on track and make progress visible at a glance.
💬 3. Comments
Need to clarify something or leave feedback?
Use the comment box to communicate directly on the card.
Comments are saved so your remote worker can refer back as needed.
🧹 Managing Your Categories and Cards
You can:
Rename, edit, or clear a card anytime by clicking the three dots next to its title.
Archive a card to clean up your view without deleting past work. Just open the card and hit Archive.
Why Use This Feature?
This tool is your workspace for task management—no scattered to-do lists, random messages, or confusion. Everything is in one place, clearly laid out, and easy to update. It keeps your work organized, your remote worker focused, and your projects moving forward.
