Understanding the Team Section of Your Dashboard
Whether you're onboarding a new remote worker, recognizing someone’s hard work, or taking a break from a contract, the Team section is where you’ll go.
Let’s walk through each part of this section so you can manage your team with clarity and ease.
Navigating the Team Tab
Once you log in and head to the Team tab on your dashboard, you’ll notice two primary views:
1. Active Team Members
This shows everyone currently working with you. You’ll see their:
Name
Email
Status (active/inactive)

Status (active/inactive)
2. Inactive Team Members
This section includes remote workers who have worked with you in the past, but you’ve removed them from your team.
Think of it as your digital team history—great for reference or if you ever want to re-hire someone without starting from scratch.

View hours worked
Need to check how many hours your remote worker has logged this week (or last week, or the one before that)? It’s super simple.
If you're ever curious about how much time someone on your team has spent working—or you just want to double-check that tasks are aligned with hours—here’s how to find it in a few clicks:
Find the team member whose hours you want to review.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to their name.
Select “View Hours Worked.”
This will take you straight to their work logs, where can:
See total hours or billable amounts for a selected date range
Toggle between Hours View and Billable Amount View
View a daily breakdown of time or charges
No digging around or switching tabs. It’s all right there so you can stay informed, spot trends, and celebrate efficiency—or catch issues early if needed.
✨ Quick tip: It’s a good habit to review work logs weekly. It helps you stay aligned with your remote worker, give relevant feedback, and catch scope creep before it snowballs.
