How to Disable Chat Notifications via Email
Whenever you receive a new message on your dashboard’s chat platform, you also get notified via email. These email notifications help you stay updated even when you’re not logged into the dashboard.
If you find these email alerts distracting or simply prefer to check messages only when you log in, you can easily disable chat notifications via email by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to Your Dashboard
Access your client dashboard using your login credentials.
Step 2: Go to Settings
Find and click on Settings in the dashboard menu.
Step 3: Find the Notification subfeature
Inside Settings, look for the Notifications. This is where you control your email alert preferences.
Step 4: Disable Email Notifications
Locate the toggle labeled Chat Notifications.
Switch it off to stop receiving chat notifications via email.
Important
You will still be able to see chat messages when logged into your dashboard.
Disabling email notifications just stops the alerts sent to your email inbox.
If you want to turn notifications back on later, simply follow these steps again and enable the email notifications toggle.
