Can I Hire a Worker Directly (i.e. Outside the Platform)?

Hiring an Eqeepo worker directly—or outside the Eqeepo platform—is not permitted under our Terms of Service and is considered a material breach of the agreement. These Terms of Service come into effect not only if you’ve hired someone — you also agree to them when you book a call with a worker on our platform. 

We take attempts to hire Eqeepo workers directly very seriously. Section 7 of our Terms of Service specifies liquidated damages that you’d owe, and additional legal remedies also apply.
