If you’re from Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, or Asia, you’re welcome to apply! If you’re from Canada, the US, Australia, Europe, or other heavily developed countries, we can’t hire you, unfortunately.
How much do you pay? And how?
You have the flexibility to set your own hourly rate based on your skills and experience, so you’re in control of what you earn. We’re here to offer guidance on competitive rates to help you find the right balance. For reference, most of our workers typically earn between $1,000 and $1,500 USD per month in this role, depending on their expertise and the projects they take on.
In terms of how we pay, we do payouts every two weeks, usually via Uphold, Airtm, Wise, Payoneer, Binance, and PayPal. Those are our main payment providers, allowing us to reach workers in regions as diverse as Africa, Latin America, and the Eastern Europe.
Who pays me? You or the client?
We pay you. You’ll be a freelancer who works for Eqeepo, not for the client. As such, all payment comes from us. We bill the client for your work, take a small margin, and then we pay you the rest.
If I'm hired, would the work be part time or full time?
With Eqeepo, you’re in control of your schedule. You can decide how many clients you take on, allowing you to build up to a workload that feels right for you, whether that’s part-time or full-time hours. Our aim is to support you in building a schedule that aligns with your personal and professional goals.
Are the hours flexible?
Yes! Hour flexibility is one of the big advantages of working online with an Eqeepo client. Except with a small number of clients, most of our clients are happy if you work in the hour blocks that are most convenient to you – so long as you are efficient and get your work done, of course.
Would I be working for Eqeepo, or directly for the clients that Eqeepo sets me up with?
You would be working for us. We search out clients for you and then the clients contract with us to work with you. You are not in a direct employment relationship with the client, in other words. We bill the client and then pay you; the client does not pay you directly.
